Portfolio Compass is an informational tool only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or a solicitation to buy or sell securities. You may use Portfolio Compass for personal, non-commercial portfolio analysis. You agree not to:
- Abuse, overload, or interfere with the service
- Circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the app
You may sign in using Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Pro features require an active subscription. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Stock prices, market data, and AI-generated analysis are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. We are not responsible for errors in data from third-party sources.
Portfolio Compass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss, or service interruptions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
